The verdict on a card idea,
before you spend a dollar.
Paste the cost basis, the target sell price, the channel, the grading tier, and round-trip shipping. Channel fees and PSA tier costs are baked into the math — not appended after. The recompute is live; the verdict lands before your coffee cools.
What this calculator does
- Computes net dollars and net margin for a raw-channel flip, after channel fee and shipping.
- Computes net dollars and net margin for the PSA submission path, including tier cost and the extra grading ship leg.
- States the grading breakeven — the sell-graded price at which submitting makes more sense than flipping raw.
- Returns one of three verdicts: SELL, HOLD, or GRADE.
Math model = (sellTarget − buy − channelFee − shipping) for raw, and (sellTarget × 1.55 − buy − channelFee_on_graded − gradingCost − shipping − $20 grading ship leg) for the graded path. Verdict: GRADE only if grading gains > grading cost AND grading net > raw net AND grading net is positive. SELL if profitable raw and grading doesn't beat it. HOLD otherwise. Assumes a single PSA outcome at the conservative 1.55x raw-to-PSA-10 curve; revisit quarterly.
